چکیده
Vibriosis is one of the major diseases leading to massive fish mortality. Probiotics may provide a potential alternative method protect from pathogens and promote balanced environment minimizing use antibiotics chemotherapy. The aims this study were (i) isolate purify marine spore-former strains Sardine shrimp intestine, (ii) screen for bacteria with probiotic properties, (iii) carry out their in vitro safety assessment using subtractive procedure. Among 108 strains, five exhibited strong antibacterial activity against such as Vibrio harveyi anguillarum . These selected unaffected by high-temperature gastrointestinal conditions; produced amylase, protease, lipase activities; showed high percentages auto-aggregation co-aggregation pathogens, well adhesion mucus. Partial 16S rDNA gene sequencing MALDI-TOF MS revealed that isolates are Bacillus amyloliquefaciens or subtilis All them susceptible antibiotics, while hydrolic enzymes virulence factors not detected B. S17. In conclusion, based on proprieties assessment, S17 could serve candidate aquaculture.

The ability of marine Bacillus spp. isolated from fish gastrointestinal tract and culture pond sediment to inhibit growth of aquatic pathogenic bacteria
In this research, antagonistic activity of two Bacillus species isolated from digestive tract of marine fish and culture pond of sea cucumber was studied. The inhibitory activity of Bacillus spp. isolates against some common pathogenic bacteria of fish was assessed using the agar diffusion method. The strain of B. subtilis G024 exhibited antimicrobial activity against Vibrio anguillarum, V. har...

متن کاملPhysiological Properties and Salmonella Growth Inhibition of Probiotic Bacillus Strains Isolated from Environmental and Poultry Sources
The objective of the present study was to describe the physiological properties of seven potential probiotic strains of Bacillus spp. Isolates were characterized morphologically, biochemically, and by 16S rRNA sequence analyses for identification. Tolerance to acidic pH, high osmotic concentrations of NaCl, and bile salts were tested. Isolates were also evaluated for their ability to metabolize...

The objective of this study was to evaluate the functional properties of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from Tibetan kefir grains. Three Lactobacillus isolates identified as Lactobacillus acidophilus LA15, Lactobacillus plantarum B23 and Lactobacillus kefiri D17 that showed resistance to acid and bile salts were selected for further evaluation of their probiotic properties. The 3 selected ...

Tempoyak is a functional Malaysian food (an acid-fermented condiment) which is produced from the pulp of the durian (Durio zibethinus) fruit. The current study aimed to isolate and identify potential exopolysaccharide (EPS)-producing Lactobacillus strains from tempoyak for potential use as probiotics. Seven isolates (DUR2, DUR4, DUR5, DUR8, DUR12, DUR18, and DUR20) out of 44 were able to produc...
